\nDr Sani, A.M. holds B.A. Shari\u2019ah (Islamic Studies) from Islamic University, Madinah obtained in
\n1996 (First Class Honors), M.ED. Islamic Studies from Islamic University, Madinah Saudi Arabia
\nin 2001 (First Class Honors), and Ph.D. Islamic Studies, with specialization in Islamic Creed
\n(Aqida) from Islamic University, Madinah Saudi Arabia in 2009 (First Class Honors).
\nDr Sani, Abubakar Muhammad is a Member, Nigeria Association of Teachers of Arabic and Islamic
\nStudies (NATAIS), member of Takaful Advisory Council, on Takaful Insurance, National Insurance
\nCommission, since March 2015 to date, and Registered Member, Saudi Academic Association of
\nProfessionals in Theology, Comparative Religion and Sects (2008 to date).
\nHe started his teaching career in the Department of Continuing Education Islamic University
\nMadinah in 2003, where he taught Arabic to Non-Arabic Speakers including lectures in English on
\nIslamic Theology and Da\u2019wah. He also taught Comparative Religion and Islamic Sects to level 4
\nstudents in the Faculty of Shari\u2019ah and Faculty of Hadith in the Islamic University of Madinah until
\n2008. In 2012, he taught in the Department of Arts and Social Science Education, Ahmadu Bello
\nUniversity, Zaria until 2020. And from 2021 he teaches as Senior Lecturer with the Department of
\nEducation (Islamic Studies Program), Faculty of Education, Federal University Dutse.
\nDr Sani, Abubakar Muhammad has been actively engaged in community service at different
\nlevels within and outside Nigeria by rendering assessment, capacity building and research
\nconsultancy services to different organization and government agencies.
\nHe is presently the Chief Imam of Dutse Emirate, Member of the Dutse Emirate Council and
